Measured building surveys

We have extensive experience in producing 2 & 3D floor plans, elevations, sections and sectional elevations. These can be produced of any building at any scale or accuracy. Data can be delivered in many digital formats or as traditional paper and film plots up to A0. We specialise in working in historic buildings, structures and monuments.

Site and topographic surveys

We are equipped to carry out any size or scale of site or topographic survey using the latest technology. This information can be combined with 3D data of existing or new buildings to aid clients with the production of massing models and planning proposals. We are also experienced in the production of detailed site surveys of Ancient Monuments and archaeological sites.

Tree surveys

Detailed surveys combining topographic information with a comprehensive arboriculture report and schedule to BS 5837.

3D models and “flythroughs”

These can be produced of past, existing or proposed buildings. The use of 3D modelling has proved popular as a graphic and easily understandable tool to demonstrate previous phases of historic buildings and in proposing reconstruction of lost elements or rooms. Similarly it is a useful and easily accessible means of demonstrating the appearance of a proposed new development in its surrounding context.

GPS

A member of our team specialises in GPS and has extensive experience of this increasingly in demand surveying tool especially in establishing control networks.

Plotting and Digitising Services

Using the latest HP and Epson large format printers we can provide high quality printing and plotting. This includes printing of photographs, plans and posters up to A0 size on a wide range of medias including archival film and photographic papers.
