We can provide you with detailed digital and spatial data which will enhance the effective management of your property portfolio. This includes; plans, elevations and sections for refurbishment and redevelopment including point of sales and merchandising layouts, furniture and electrical switches.

We provide accurate and detailed reports for GIA, GEA and NIA measurement of individual buildings or portfolios in accordance with the RICS code of Measuring Practice (5th edition). These may be required for marketing, valuation, management, letting or conveyancing.

Domestic or Commercial fully compliant lease plans can be measured and produced to meet tight deadlines. These are in accordance with the new Land Registration Act 2002.

New applicants are required from August 5th 2005 to supply accurate floorplans of the licensed premise; we are able to respond with licensing surveys for hotels, clubs, pubs, bars and restaurants.

Rights of Light elevations for architects and surveyors. These are a key tool for redevelopment of urban sites. Property developers will need to be aware of the implications of rights of light for surrounding building which can lead to legal challenges after planning permission has been granted.
